توضّح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع منصة قنية (الموقع
qniya.sa وتطبيق الجوال) بياناتك الشخصية وتستخدمها وتحميها،
عند استخدامك لخدمات بيع الأثاث الجديد والمستعمل وشرائه والتبرع به، وخدمات التوصيل والتخزين.
باستخدامك للمنصة فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة.
١. المعلومات التي نجمعها
معلومات تزوّدنا بها مباشرة:
- الاسم الكامل.
- رقم الجوال — مطلوب للتحقق برسالة نصية وللتواصل بين المشتري والبائع والجمعية والسائق والمخزن.
- البريد الإلكتروني (اختياري).
- كلمة المرور — تُخزَّن مشفّرة ولا يمكن الاطلاع عليها.
- المدينة ونوع الحساب (عميل، جمعية، سائق، مخزن، لوجستيات).
- بيانات إعلاناتك: وصف الأثاث وصوره وسعره وحالته وموقعه.
- عنوان الاستلام أو التسليم عند طلب توصيل أو تخزين.
- محتوى الرسائل المتبادلة داخل المنصة.
- بيانات طلبات الدعم الفني.
معلومات تُجمع تلقائياً:
- بيانات تقنية محدودة: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، إصدار التطبيق.
- سجلات استخدام لازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها من إساءة الاستخدام.
لا نجمع ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك البنكية.
تُنفَّذ عمليات دفع العمولة عبر مزوّد دفع خارجي مرخّص، ولا تمر تفاصيل البطاقة عبر أنظمتنا.
٢. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
- إنشاء حسابك والتحقق من رقم جوالك برسالة نصية.
- عرض إعلاناتك للمستخدمين المهتمين.
- تمكين التواصل بينك وبين المشتري أو البائع أو الجمعية أو السائق أو المخزن.
- تنفيذ طلبات التوصيل والتخزين والتبرع.
- الرد على استفساراتك وتقديم الدعم الفني.
- حماية المنصة من الاحتيال والإعلانات المخالفة وإساءة الاستخدام.
- تحسين الخدمات وتطويرها.
لا نستخدم بياناتك لأغراض التتبّع الإعلاني، ولا نبيعها لأي جهة.
٣. مشاركة المعلومات
- مع الطرف الآخر في المعاملة: عند تقديم طلب أو التواصل بشأن إعلان، يُشارك اسمك ورقم جوالك
مع البائع أو المشتري أو الجمعية أو السائق أو المخزن بالقدر اللازم لإتمام المعاملة.
- مع مزوّدي الخدمة: الاستضافة، وإرسال الرسائل النصية، ومعالجة المدفوعات — بالقدر اللازم للتشغيل فقط.
- عند الالتزام النظامي: إذا طُلب منّا ذلك بموجب أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية أو بأمر من جهة مختصة.
ما تنشره بنفسك في الإعلان (صور الأثاث ووصفه والمدينة) يكون ظاهراً لجميع مستخدمي المنصة.
٤. ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies)
نستخدم ملفات وتقنيات تخزين محلي ضرورية للتشغيل، مثل الإبقاء على تسجيل دخولك وحفظ تفضيلات التصفح.
لا نستخدمها لأغراض التتبّع الإعلاني.
٥. حماية بياناتك والاحتفاظ بها
- تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS).
- تُخزَّن كلمات المرور بصيغة مشفّرة غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
- الوصول مقصور على المخوّلين لأغراض التشغيل والدعم.
- نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال نشاط حسابك، وبعد الحذف نحتفظ فقط بالحد الأدنى النظامي ثم تُحذف أو تُجعل مجهولة الهوية.
٦. حقوقك
- الاطّلاع على بياناتك الشخصية لدينا.
- تصحيح بياناتك أو تحديثها.
- حذف إعلاناتك في أي وقت.
- حذف حسابك بالكامل.
- الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك أو تقييدها في الحدود النظامية.
٧. حذف الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك فوراً من داخل التطبيق أو الموقع. التفاصيل على صفحة
حذف الحساب.
- من داخل التطبيق (الطريقة الأساسية): سجّل الدخول → الإعدادات → الحساب → حذف الحساب → أكّد بكلمة المرور أو رقم الجوال.
- مساعدة تقنية (اختياري): راسل
info@qniya.sa من بريدك المسجّل إن واجهت مشكلة — الاتصال بالدعم ليس مطلوباً لإكمال الحذف.
الحذف من الإعدادات فوري ونهائي. رقم الجوال يصبح متاحاً للتسجيل مجدداً.
يُحذف عند ذلك: بيانات الحساب، وإعلاناتك وصورك، والطلبات والتبرعات وطلبات التخزين والشحن، والرسائل والإشعارات ورموز الدفع.
وقد نحتفظ بالسجلات المالية أو العمولات المطلوبة نظاماً، مفصولة عن هويتك الشخصية، وببيانات مجهولة الهوية للإحصاء.
٨. خصوصية الأطفال
المنصة موجّهة لمن أعمارهم ١٨ عاماً فأكثر. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من الأطفال،
وإذا تبيّن وجود حساب لطفل فسيُحذف.
٩. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة.
استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة.
١٠. النظام المعمول به
تخضع هذه السياسة لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.

This policy explains how Qniya (the website
qniya.sa and the mobile app) collects, uses, and protects your
personal data when you use our services for buying, selling, and donating new and used furniture,
along with delivery and storage services. By using the platform, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly:
- Full name.
- Mobile number — required for SMS verification and for contact between buyer, seller, charity, driver, and warehouse.
- Email address (optional).
- Password — stored encrypted and not readable by anyone.
- City and account type (customer, charity, driver, warehouse, logistics).
- Listing data: furniture description, photos, price, condition, and location.
- Pickup or delivery address when you request delivery or storage.
- Content of messages exchanged within the platform.
- Support request data.
Information collected automatically:
- Limited technical data: device type, operating system, app version.
- Usage logs necessary to operate the service and protect it from abuse.
We do not collect or store your bank card details.
Commission payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider; card details never pass through our systems.
2. How we use your information
- Create your account and verify your mobile number by SMS.
- Display your listings to interested users.
- Enable contact between you and the buyer, seller, charity, driver, or warehouse.
- Fulfil delivery, storage, and donation requests.
- Respond to your enquiries and provide support.
- Protect the platform from fraud, prohibited listings, and misuse.
- Improve and develop our services.
We do not use your data for advertising tracking, and we do not sell it to anyone.
3. Sharing information
- With the other party to a transaction: when you submit a request or enquire about a listing,
your name and mobile number are shared with the seller, buyer, charity, driver, or warehouse
only as needed to complete the transaction.
- With service providers: hosting, SMS delivery, and payment processing — only as needed to operate the platform.
- Where legally required: under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or at the order of a competent authority.
What you publish yourself in a listing (furniture photos, description, city) is visible to all platform users.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and local storage that are necessary to operate the platform, such as keeping you signed in
and saving browsing preferences. We do not use them for advertising tracking.
5. Data security and retention
- Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Passwords are stored in an encrypted, non-recoverable form.
- Access is limited to authorised personnel for operations and support.
- We retain your data while your account is active. After deletion we keep only the legal minimum,
after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or update your data.
- Delete your listings at any time.
- Delete your account entirely.
- Object to or restrict processing of your data within the limits of the law.
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account immediately from inside the app or website.
Full details are on the Delete account page.
- In the app (primary): Sign in → Settings → Account → Delete account → confirm with your password or phone number.
- Optional technical help: email
info@qniya.sa from your registered address if you hit a problem — contacting support is not required to complete deletion.
Deletion from Settings is immediate and permanent. The phone number can be reused for a new signup.
Deleted data includes: account profile, your listings and photos, orders, donations, storage and shipping
requests, messages, notifications, and push tokens. We may retain financial or commission records required by law,
detached from your personal identity, and anonymised analytics.
8. Children's privacy
The platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children,
and any account found to belong to a child will be deleted.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law.
